Pastoral and Elder leadership for HRS

(From L-R Brad & Tannis Gamble, Lyle & Linda Nott, Pastor Gavin & Shandee Coyle, Pastor Chuck & Lynn Sheridan)

Bondslave Motorcycle Club was founded twenty years ago in May 1989 by Chuck and Lynn Sheridan.  House of the Risen Son Ministries was founded in 1993 as a ministry aimed at the biker community and those on the fringe of society.  Rev. Chuck Sheridan is the Lead Pastor and Director of HRS Ministries.

Rev. Gavin Coyle is the Associate Pastor of HRS.  He is also a member of BMC.  He has been the Associate Pastor of HRS for five years.  Gavin is the Worship Team Leader for the church worship ministry.  His wife is Shandee.  She is also on the worship team.  Shandee hosts a brunch once a month at their home for the women of the church.

One of the elders is Lyle Nott, who is also the Vice President of the Winnipeg Chapter of BMC.  He and his wife Linda are an active part of the ministry of both BMC and the many parts of HRS.  Lyle has brought a lot to the ministry and is respected by all.

Brad and Tannis Gamble moved to Winnipeg so that Brad could attend Canadian Mennonite University.  They began to attend HRS.  Brad is also a member of BMC.  Brad and Tannis host a Bible Study in their home each week.  Brad is completing his internship from CMU at HRS.  Upon his completion at CMU, Brad is seeking credentials from our church fellowship, ACOP (see the link www.ACOP.ca ).  Brad oversees the ministry program for men at both the Lazarus House and the Big House.  Upon completion of his internship he will stay on staff at HRS.

Our leadership is a team that does not differentiate ministry between laity and clergy.  It is our aim to empower each to serve at their fullest potential to advance the kingdom of God.  This is the leadership team of HRS.
